breakfast - 8:00

oatmeal & honey bagel + butter

lunch - 12:30
sandwich:
- reduced fat peanutbutter
- black raspberry jam
- wheat bread
cookies n' cream granola bar

dinner:
cajun chicken
rice

night:
hershey bar
